Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Sable Audio app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Booking requests are subject to availability and confirmation by Sable Audio. Cancellations and rescheduling are handled per the policies shown at booking time. Sable Audio may decline or cancel bookings at its discretion.

You retain ownership of music, photos, and other content you upload. You grant Sable Audio a limited license to display and stream that content within the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share any content you upload.

Sable Audio has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You agree not to post or send content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, defamatory, infringing, or spam, and not to harass, impersonate, or abuse other members.

Every post, reply, profile and message can be flagged with the Report button, and you can block any member so their content is hidden from you and they can no longer contact you. Reports are reviewed by our team within 24 hours: offending content is removed and the accounts responsible are suspended or permanently removed.

By creating an account you accept these rules. Repeated or serious breaches end your access to the Service without refund.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

The Service is provided by Sable Audio. By using it you are entering into an agreement with Sable Audio. Sable Audio owns the Service and all of its intellectual property, including the software, documentation and branding.

You must not misuse the Service. This includes using it for anything unlawful, fraud or spam, infringing anyone's intellectual property, uploading malware, or attempting to probe, scrape, reverse engineer or interfere with the security of the Service.

Every account includes free storage, and paid storage plans are available as monthly subscriptions in Canadian dollars. Files in a band's folders count towards each member's storage, divided evenly between the band's members.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, renewal, tax, cancellation and refund terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. You can cancel a plan at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.

We may suspend or end your access to the Service for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our community rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
